Monrovia, Liberia, Censil University Unveils First-Ever Customized School Management System, Marking a Major Leap in Digital Transformation
Censil University, one of Liberia’s fastest-growing higher education institutions, has announced the official launch of its first fully customized and integrated school management system—ushering in a new era of digital efficiency and modernization across the university’s operations.
The system was developed by Professional Multi-Purpose Solution Incorporated (PMS Inc.) under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Mr. Morris Sheriff. Tailored specifically for Censil University, the platform automates and streamlines key functions including administration, academics, finance, student records, and front-desk services.
“This is a milestone day for Censil University and for Liberia’s technology sector,” said Mr. Morris Sheriff. “Since signing the contract earlier this year, our team has worked tirelessly to ensure the system is fully operational. Today, it is 100 percent ready to support every aspect of the university’s operations and long-term growth. Technology is driving the world, and we are proud to help Liberia take its rightful place in the global digital revolution. This system is just the beginning of what we hope will be an expanded partnership with Censil University to bring innovation to all levels of education.”

The President of Censil University, Mr. Edwin P. Kalama, hailed the project as a historic step forward for higher education in Liberia. “We are incredibly excited to reach this milestone,” he stated. “With infrastructure, accreditation, faculty, and curriculum already established, this school management system completes the circle. It positions us to operate efficiently in the 21st century. Transitioning from traditional paper-based systems means faster, more accurate reporting and an enhanced experience for students and faculty. Censil University is now setting a new standard for digital education in Liberia.”
The CU-ISMS project, launched under a memorandum of understanding earlier this year, underwent a comprehensive development process that included planning, deployment, testing, and refinement. User training is expected to be finalized in the coming days.
Wednesday’s unveiling ceremony brought together students, faculty, and staff, offering a detailed introduction to the system’s features and its transformative impact on academic and administrative workflows.
The project underscores Censil University’s commitment to innovation and PMS Inc.’s dedication to advancing digital solutions within Liberia’s educational sector.
